Our Return Policy

You may return items you bought at Filgoods.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund less the shipping cost. We will pay for the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our mistake. We do not accommodate any requests for an exchange item unless, the item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Any items returned after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted. Any opened or used items returned will not be accepted.

To ensure you receive the proper credit:

1. Fill out the Return Merchandise Form at the back of your Shipping Invoice.
2. Mail the items back with the Return Merchandise Form to:
