Ingredients:

• 1 medium sized chicken, cut into serving pieces
• 1 pouch Mama Sita's Caldereta Mix (Spicy stew sauce mix)
• Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F
  2. Sprinkle Mama Sita's Caldereta (Spicy Stew) Mix evenly over chicken
  3. Rub mixture all over chicken meat, adding salt if desired
  4. Place in baking pan
  5. Bake for 30 minutes
  6. Turn over and baste other side with drippings
  7. Bake for another 15 minutes
