Internet Explorer 5.x and 6.x

• Access the Tools menu and select Internet Options
• Click the Security tab
• In the Security dialogue, click on the globe for "Internet" zone
• Click on the button labeled "Custom Level"
• In the dialogue that appears, scroll down to the heading called "Scripting"
• Click the "Enable" button under "Active Scripting" to turn JavaScript on

Netscape 6.x

• From the top menu bar under Edit, select Preferences.
• In the left category box, click Advanced.
• In the right menu, Click in the box to add a check mark beside "Enable JavaScript in Navigator" to turn JavaScript on.

Netscape 7.x

• From the top menu bar under Edit, select Preferences.
• In the left category box, click Advanced.
• Click on the arrow to open the sub-menu for the "Advanced" option.
• Click on "Scripts & Plugins".
• Under the title "Enable Javascript for", click on the checkbox beside "Navigator" to turn JavaScript on.

AOL 4.0 and 5.0

• Click My AOL.
• Click Preferences.
• Click WWW.
• Click the Secutity tab.
• Click Custom.
• Click Settings.
• Scroll down to locate Scripting.
• Click Enable for Active Scripting to turn JavaScript on.

Opera 7.x

• Open Opera.
• Select Quick Preferences from the File menu.
• Make sure Enable Javascript is checked to turn JavaScript on.

Mozilla 1.x

• Open Mozilla.
• Select Preferences from the Edit menu.
• Click the arrow next to Advanced.
• Click Scripts & Plugins.
• Check Navigator beneath "Enable Javascript for" to turn JavaScript on.
