Despite his hectic schedule, New York based celebrity chef Carl Diesta (Aga Muhlach) agrees to come home to the Philippines after being away for seventeen years to marry his supermodel-fiancee in her hometown of Albay province in the Bicol region.

With his fiancee still held up in Europe for a photo shoot, Carl has to meet her family by himself. Amidst the frentic pace of the wedding preparation, Carl gets to meet his fiancee's younger sister Lena (Claudine Barretto).

The brief homecoming serendipitously enables Carl to come to terms with his forcibly forgotten identity. And he has Lena to thank for it.

But gratitude is not the only thing that Carl is ready to offer Lena for she has not only opened his mind to his true character, she likewise led his heart to true love.
